Why you should be using Haxe
This is a terribly short explaination on why I'm adding Haxe to my language of choice rather than staying true to my C# background.
Well to be brief, write once, run everywhere (without paying exorbitant Xamarin fees). Enjoy the well natured syntax inherited by AS3, and frolic in the gardens of OpenFL/Lime; projects that aim to make manipulation of low-level events easy while having a rendering API very similar to WebGL.
There's also a wonderful community contributing targets such as C#, Java, C++, PSM, Objective-C and JS which leaves Haxe in the perfect position as a tool to write cross platform games that deploy to native environments.
Its not perfect, but it's free and easy to get into development for.
